Psychotherapist Sarah Fogel

Sarah has extensive experience in high volume hospital and outpatient settings including hospital based maternity, emergency care, and psychiatric services. She has trained with Postpartum Support International and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Sarah is passionate about women's health and reproductive mental health and is excited to be on this journey with you.

What we cover in Oh, Mama

  • WEEK 1

    What you need to know about perinatal mental health concerns, symptom management and emotions that may arise.

  • WEEK 2

    Explore the relationship with your partner, positive communication, and laying the foundation early for a stronger relationship through postpartum

  • WEEK 3

    Focus on boundary setting, what and how, and finding your voice through self-advocacy throughout the journey.

  • WEEK 4

    Wrap up by talking about your identity, changes to prepare for, and coming into the role of mom to this new baby.
